Tasting & Consultation

We offer complementary design consultations for all of our clients. This is your opportunity to discuss your vision for your wedding and your cake. From the height of luxury and opulence to the whimsical and romantic, the sky is the limit when it comes to design - and we love a challenge!
It's a pleasure to invite you to our shop in Florence for a consultation and tasting of our cakes where you will be served a variation of several flavors to choose from. If you have a specific flavor in mind please specify when booking your appoinment. While here we will guide you in finding the right size and style of the cake. During this time we will discuss details pertinent to your theme, wedding dress and color scheme . To further inspire us, we suggest you bring in a photo, ribbon, lace sample or the wedding invitaton so we can work together in creating your unique wedding cake. Since our cakes are baked fresh, we require a 1 week notice for a tasting, which costs € 35,00 for 2 people including water, coffee and 3 flavour combinations, which can be chosen from our flavour menu. We suggest no more than 3 people at a tasting. If you need to re-book your appointment please give us a 48 hour notice. Cancellation should be made 3 days in advance by e-mail.
Sketch
Once the consultation is complete, a sketch will be provided of your proposed design. This will be reworked as necessary until you are 100% happy. Your cake will look even more spectacular than you imagined on the day!
