We just love putting together the best ingredients and experimenting with  new techniques and designs to create that one- of- a- kind cake just for you. It's probably more of an obsession with us,  so that each cake not only has to look fabulous but we strive to make is taste light in texture and luscious in flavor as well. Just as important as choosing the design of your  wedding cake is the exciting job of choosing the delicious fillings for each tier. We have a scrumptious range of sponges and fillings for you to choose from.

Covering

Fondant (sugar paste) 

Is the most popular cake covering.  We use only the finest fondant that gives a smooth finish and has a beautifully balanced sweetness. We do not use Marzipan underneath the fondant on our sponge cakes, (although we can provide if this is preferred), but we do use either

Buttercream or Ganache instead.

 

Butter cream

You can have your cakes covered in buttercream for a very simple finish, we can also pipe buttercream on your cakes – cakes can be adorned with fresh flowers and fruits of the forest or just very plain and simple and you can also have them decorated with an ombre affect.

Unfrosted Cake

A cake with no covering at all is called a Nude or Natural cake. This works particularly well for the vintage feel. We can do these with all our flavour sponges and these can be produced in either 3 or 4 layers of sponge.
